A firm and intensified version of Swedish classic massage. It releases muscle tension and enhances detoxification of the body. Our therapist will address areas of concern using a combination of Trigger Point therapy, stretching, Sports massage or a variety of modalities to relieve pain, strain and inflammation.
It is important that a dialog be established between you and our therapist so the appropriate pressure can be applied to your level of comfort.
